A real estate professional for over 20 years, Karen Lienert approaches every transaction with a high-level of professionalism and integrity for each of her clients. A natural helper, Karen gravitated to the real estate industry straight after college, where she graduated with her Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Karen first started as an appraiser before working her way up to negotiating leases for communication sites and acting as a project manager for land use issues.
 
Before beginning her real estate career, the Sacramento-native already had an understanding of how the market worked, having purchased her first property in 1989. Since then, Karen has owned multiple homes in the Folsom and El Dorado Hills area, giving her an intimate understanding of the region, which she uses to help her clients get exactly what they want.
 
Karen prides herself on developing ongoing long-term relationships with those she works with. The compassion she has for her clients translates to her community, where she is involved as a volunteer for CASA in El Dorado County ‚ a charity for which she is deeply passionate. She also belongs to the El Dorado Hills chapter of 100 Women Who Care and the National Charity League of El Dorado Hills with her two daughters.
 
Though Karen is focused on her clients and giving back to her community, the mom of four also takes breaks to spend time with her family in Tahoe, enjoying boating and water sports, and shuttling her children back and forth from their activities.
