When Mark Ferry and his wife Amie wanted to start a family and a real estate agency nearly twenty years ago, they knew El Dorado Hills was where they wanted to be. Mark and Amie founded Folsom Lake Realty on the combined values of hard work, integrity, generosity, and compassion. They built their reputation by serving clients at the highest level, with uncompromising dedication.

Mark grew up in San Jose and learned about real estate from his father. The real estate industry has been his chosen career path and he became a licensed loan officer in his early twenties. Mark credits the mortgage banking business as the foundation of his strategic approach. He learned from the ground up, and his background in mortgage banking puts him in a unique position to give his clients expert guidance.

 

Mark has always been passionate about the growth of his community. He started Cycling Development, a non-profit organization, that runs multiple high school and jr high school mountain bike teams in the area. Mark and his wife Amie began the program 10 years ago with a handful of students and has since expanded it into one of the most well recognized and successful programs in the country. His love for coaching is unwavering and he truly makes every person he comes in contact with feel special. With their best interests in mind and a personality that crosses all aspects of business; Mark is guaranteed to go above and beyond in satisfying his clients.
