In 2024, East Ridge Village began infrastructure work on its expansive 734-acre master-planned community in El Dorado Hills. Tucked away just south of Highway 50 and east of the Blackstone subdivision, this development remains hidden from view due to the area's rolling topography, sitting just beyond the hilltop of Blackstone.

With lot sizes ranging from 10,000 square feet to 5 acres, East Ridge Village is set to be an exciting addition to the region. In late 2024, Lennar Homes acquired 312 acres within the community, signaling significant residential growth. Additionally, 192 acres will be preserved as open space, blending natural beauty with modern luxury.

Lennar’s Home Sales Launch – Coming Soon

Lennar has announced that their home sales launch will begin at the end of October. Buyers will be able to purchase directly off of floorplans during this initial phase.
